• Please note that ALL EX store merchandise will have their labels either marked out, cut or removed completely.

 Buying and Delivery 

• Using our online ordering system is easy.  Payment can be made through Paypal, personal cheque or postal order.  We can also take credit or debit card payments over the phone.  We will call you when your order is ready for payment.  Cheques will need time to clear. Usually in 5 working days.
•  We will try to get your order to you within three days of  your order being received, however during busy periods this may not be possible. Please bear with us.
•  Normal delivery within the U.K. costs a fixed £12, however much you order.   However, we may have to charge extra for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands.  Please contact us for further details.
• Please contact us for a price for carriage to countries other than the U.K. before ordering.  If you have a VAT number please provide it when ordering.
